I ordered a pattern and a quilting ruler online and they came quickly and were very well packaged with extra care given to the point of the ruler. Would definitely shop here again.

Bought a Jenome sewing machine via the website. Was very competitively priced, which included delivery to Bristol. Customer service was second to none, Sue sent a personal email on receipt of my order to thank me for my order and outlining delivery details, right down to how it would be sent & what day to expect it ! She the updated me once posted with Parcel Force tracking info, and it arrived on time as promised. Probably the best service I've received from anyone for years. Many thanks to Sue, would recommend whole-heartedly.

They really know their stuff. They are really helpful and stock the best fabric in terms of quality and style. Go there for inspiration and help. I get lost in their fat quarters selection (in a good way!)

A fabulous shop and very helpful, polite staff. They were so welcoming and helpful, even though I know next to nothing about fabrics. Very patient and kind. This will be my new 'go-to' place. Yes, you can get cheaper things online, but you don't get the service like you get from New Forest Fabrics. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

If you have an addiction to buying fabrics or want to have a go at patchwork this is a shop I would recommend highly. Lovely helpful staff who know their stock and will take time to help you mix and match materials for patchwork. They also run a monthly meet up free of charge, with coffee, tea and choccy biscuits thrown in, to enable ladies to make quilts for Project Linus a very worthy cause that supplies quilts to sick children and babies in hospital. I would disagree with the person who posted about not buying a machine from a local shop as if you have problems your local sewing machine shop will put themselves out to help you. Buying on line or from a chain store you are on your own, unfortunately my first machine I did buy on line and ended up getting rid of it and buying locally where I got the help, advice and encouragement to have another go. This is written by Jackey Barwick using her husbands account

Excellent shop. Sue, was very helpful. Told me all I needed to know about the machine I was thinking of buying and even let me try it out. There are lots of nice fabrics too. They also do courses. The one on making a patchwork bag was very informative. Well worth a visit.

WOW!! Ordered yesterday mid pm......parcel arrived 12.30 today....couldn't believe it! Absolutely fantastic service! I usually order locally (Scotland) where possible, but couldn't get the combination of fabrics I wanted from one supplier! You came up with all I needed. Thank you, I'll be back!

Superb service. I'm an absolute novice at sewing and quilting. She took the time to explain and answered all my questions. No doubt I have more to ask. The level of customer service is beyond 5 stars. Thank you :)
