All orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be packaged and posted the same day. Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. If we have any problems with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated during checkout as follows:

Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded Delivery) – This service offers a signature on delivery for extra peace of mind.

This service is not tracked and is not compensated.  If shipments are damaged or lost we will be unable to replace or refund them.  Please allow 3 – 6 working days for delivery.

Tracked and Signed-for

This service is fully tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.  If your parcel is damaged or lost we will either replace it (subject to stock availability) or refund you in full after 21days.  Allow 3 – 6 working days for delivery.

New Forest Fabrics reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk and/or weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable.

If you give us an incorrect delivery address and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address

Returns Policy

Prices

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund the cost, less any postage costs incurred.
Pre-cuts, Kits and Patterns should be complete, unopened and in the original packaging, where applicable. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a saleable condition.
Please note that custom cut lengths of fabric or wadding from the bolt cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Please return the goods to us at the address below and within 7 days of receipt with a brief explanation for their return.
It is recommended that all returns are sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility should they go astray.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Faulty goods

We carefully check and pack all orders to ensure they are received in perfect condition. However, we will provide a full refund, including postage if an order is found to be faulty. Please contact us in the first instance if this applies.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
