All orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday will be packaged and posted the same day. Orders received on a Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday. If we have any problems with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

Any Value – Click to collect in person. (Your order will be available on the next working day)

Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded Delivery) – This service offers a signature on delivery for extra peace of mind.

Returns Policy

Prices

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund the cost, less any postage costs incurred.
Pre-cuts, Kits and Patterns should be complete, unopened and in the original packaging, where applicable. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a saleable condition.
Please note that custom cut lengths of fabric or wadding from the bolt cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Please return the goods to us at the address below and within 7 days of receipt with a brief explanation for their return.
It is recommended that all returns are sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept any responsibility should they go astray.
A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Faulty goods

We carefully check and pack all orders to ensure they are received in perfect condition. However, we will provide a full refund, including postage if an order is found to be faulty. Please contact us in the first instance if this applies.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
